Rameshwar Jute Mill, Samastipur:- Due to abundance of jute cultivation, at present Rameshwar Jute Mill is ready for all round development of the people of Samastipur district. This mill was established in 1922 AD by the Maharajadhiraj of Darbhanga. In which the production work started from 1926 AD. In the year 1935, the name of this establishment became ‘Rameshwar Jute Mills Limited’. Jute bags are manufactured in this and the annual working capacity is 25000 tonnes. This mill is situated at a distance of 5 km from the district headquarter in Kalyanpur block. |
