Hasanpur Sugar Mills:- Hasanpur Sugar Mills is near Hasanpur block headquarter under Roseda sub-division at a distance of 48 kms from Samastipur district headquarter. This mill was established in 1933 AD by the Lobhalka family of Rajasthan on the request of the then sugarcane producing farmers. The mill was commissioned in 1934 with a crushing capacity of 350 – 400 tonnes per day. This mill has become a center of pride for the farmers, laborers and businessmen of this region. |
